Lust: 
Pros: 
1) instant gratification
2) feels good

Cons:
1) cheap
2) hollow
3) addictive
4) selfish

Love: 
Pros: 
1) intimacy
2) connection
3) caring
4) growth
5) hope
6) trust

Cons: 
1) vulnerability
2) hurt feelings

I would much rather take Love over Lust, even if I have to wait forever.
